Elements of LiquidInflated Temperature Controller
When the temperature of the controlled object varies, the volume of thematerial in the temperature sensing part of temperature controller will inflateor deflate, thus causing the film box which is connected to the temperaturesensing part inflating or deflating too, then drives the switch on or offthrough a leverage function to keep a constant temperature.

Application
1. It's mainly used for the temperature control of household electrical appliances , such as showers, rolling-type washers, fanheaters etc.

Notes:
(1) Client can make an order according to the characters of his product, andthe range of temperature that needs to be controlled.
(2) In temperature controller fixing, keep temperature-sensing duct closelycontact the surface where temperature needs to be controlled, to well fulfillits function.
(3) Do not press the temperature-sensing duct to be deformed in fixing to avoidinfluencing its performance.
(4) Do not make conductive gases or conductive matters enter into thetemperature controller or stain its surface, to prevent its electric insulationfrom being influenced.
(5) Do not use over-length M4 wire for bracket fixing, otherwise temperaturecontroller performance will be destroyed.
(6) Switch box is a ceramic item, and therefore shall be handled carefully.
(7) The bending radius of capillary shall not be less than 5mm.
