Coordinate Measuring Machine (Bridge Type)

Miracle series bridge type coordinate measuring machine is the newly developedmeasuring machine of Leader. Itcombines single point probing and analog scanning. In addition, the coordinatemeasuring machine can be equipped with both contact and non-contact probesystem. The latest high performance control system and optimized accuracycompensation system, coupled with advanced algorithms, enable our machine toachieve high speed, high accuracy analog open and closed loop scanning.

Design Features
1. Fixed granite worktable, guide rails of three axes are made of highperformance granite, so three axes all have the same temperature characteristicand coefficient of thermal expansion.
2. The utilization of integral DOVETAIL guide in Y axis effectively eliminatespitch and yaw, thus ensuring superior measuring accuracy and motion stability.
3. Z axis adopts air balance and uses a self-protection device, which helpsimprove motion capability.
4. Advanced flexible synchronous belt drive system is rigid and non-slip,resulting in higher stability and lower noise.
5. High precision, self cleaning, pre-loaded air bearings
6. Three axes all use high power driver, DC servo motor and new two-stagereducer to ensure accurate and rapid drive.
