Characteristics
1. The main motor uses stepless speed regulation by frequency conversion.
2. Feeding and discharging are controlled through the use of magnetic powderbrake and clutch (Japanese Mitsubishi auto tension controller).
3. Unwinder system is controlled by auto-rectifyingsensor.
4. The stack flexographic label printing press uses ceramic anliox roller which is characterized by durability, wearresistance, and corrosion resistance. This helps reduce the roller-changingfrequency and thus increase the production efficiency.
5. The printing unit can register in 360 degrees. Each printing unit canindependently gear and loosen so that other units can continue printing.
6. The printing units are all equipped with a group of infrared dryersrespectively.
7. Each IR dryer device of printing unit can interchange with UV dryer device.
8. Unwinder and rewinder useclipping device with air shaft.
9. The inking roller can automatically fall off at stoppage and transfer at lowspeed in order to keep the ink from being dry and solid.
10. The roll feeding, printing, UV varnish, auto infrared drying, laminatingand rewinding can be performed in one continuous process.
