The QF series electronic weigh bridge is a kind ofproduct specially developed by our company for meeting the export demand. To meet the specific requirement ofusing a container to transport the weighingplatform, we vertically divide the scale into twoparts. The installation of our electronic weigh bridge is easy, simple, andwill greatly save your time. When using our equipment, you need to put the connected beam on thebase and then place the scale body on the beam, then fix the weighing platform by using a pin roll and screw. If no hoisting machine is available,the weighinginstrument can be conveyed andthen installed by using a forklift truck. The weighing platform of our electronic weigh bridge features a fully enclosed structure,has no cover plate, and can be matched with various kinds of weighing sensors.

This electronic weighbridge is characterized by reasonable structure and is processed in a precisionway. The steel plate used by our weigh bridge is cut by a CNC cutting machine,and the surface plateis welded by the submerged arc welding machine. The U-shaped beam and surface plate is shaped by an arc machine and weldedby a multi-head automatic welding machine. The weighing platform willhave the rust removal process done by a shot blasting machine, and finally becoated with multi-layer rust-proof and anti-corrosion paint that is environmentallyfriendly.
