Conditions for Using
1. The fuel used by this high concentration gas generator is gas with CH4 which not lower than 25%.
2. The temperature of the gas should not surpass 40℃ when the distance between the gas and the pressure regulating valve for air inflow is 1m.
3. The range of the pressure that this high concentration gas generator set can sustain should be 3kPa～10kPa and the fluctuated frequency should not surpass 1kPa/min.
4. The content of the methane should not be lower than 9% and its fluctuated frequency should not surpass 2%/min.
5. After mixing the gas according to theoretical mixture ratio in this high concentration gas generator set, the low heating value of this mixed gas should not lower than 3MJ/Nm3.
6. The granularity of the impurity should not surpass 5μm and the content of the impurity should not surpass 30mg/Nm3. 
For those gases which cannot reach the conditions above, this high concentration gas generator set should be specially allocated after evaluation according to the specified composition, pressure, temperature, etc. provided.

Technology
This high concentration gas generator set uses an electrically controlled fuel gas mixing technique, air inflow technique with low pressure, automatic control technique for burning and safe conveying system.
