1. With patent No. of ZL 2008 2 0169571.8, our high speed paper bowlmachine can finish paper bowl forming with only one turnplate.  It is designed based on our traditionaldouble-turnplate type machine.
2. Our newly-designed paper bowl machine optimizes its transmission system andenables each independent functional-system to ensure its smooth operation, greatlyreducing machine-wear caused by inertial movement.
3. It uses a photoelectric failure-detection system to ensure high speed andstable operation of our paper bowl forming machine.
4. This machine will auto-stop working when there is a failure so it can greatlyimprove operation safety standard and help reduce labor force.
5. By using only one turnplate, our high speed paper bowl machine can finishpaper feeding, gluing, bowl-bottom feeding, heating, knurling, bowl-mouthcurling, bowl-collecting, etc. in one step. It is especially suitable for making paper bowls with a height of 50-110mm.
