Features
Our copper wire mesh products are generally made of H68brass wire, H80 brass wire, red copper wire and phosphor bronze wire.  The phosphor bronze wire is suitable for weaving because of its excellent corrosionresistance and formability.  Its mechanicalproperties fall in between brass and red copper.  Low brass (a brass alloy composed by 80% copper and 20% zinc) and redbrass (a brass alloycomposed by 85% copper and15% zinc) are bothselected for their corrosion-resisting characteristic.  The brassmaterial works better than the copper material in cold climates.  Plain weave and twill weave methods are used.  The mesh is non-magnetic and has corrosionresistance and good tractility.

Applications

The brasswire mesh is suited for sieving diversified granule, powder, porcelainclay, glass, chinaware printing and filtering liquid and gas, etc.
