UnwindingUnit
Theadvanced magnetic powder system, air shaft clamping device and simple retroflexion alignment mechanism are deployed. It is easyto adjust the unwinding tension, load and unload the paper roll and theoperation of the retroflexion alignment isconvenient.

Die Cutting Unit
Continuousfeeding and hobbing mode is used, featuring a simplecutting mark, fast cutting speed and high precision. The hobbing cutter is specially manufactured with a long life span. After becoming blunt,the cutter can be fixed to reuse.

FormingUnit
Papercone formation technology, specially manufactured cone formation mold, vacuumblotting formation and product demolding technologyare used. A world famous automatic glue spraying system is used, featuringhighly precise and fast spraying, beautiful formation cup and no water leakage.

Curling Unit (NotAvailable for Non-Curling Paper Cone Cup Machine)
Self-developedcone cup fractal guide technology is used for the curling and forming die. Thecurling is beautiful without returning to its original shape. The curlingquality takes a leading position in the world.

SolePressing Unit (Not Available for Non-Curling Paper Cone Cup Machine)
Completesthe transition from curling to stacking and collecting, then uses the solepressing function, so the paper cone cup can be more beautiful and without waterleakage.

Stackingand Collecting Unit
The cup is piled into stripafter formation and automatic counting is available. The stacking is neat andcollection is convenient.

ElectricAppliance Control Unit
PLCwhole machine setting control is used for the touch screen. The setting ofparameters is easy and the operation is convenient.

Production Speed
