Working Principle
Asucking nozzle transfers the pre-printed and cut paper from the paper shelf tothe feeding chains.  The paper is thencarried to shaping molds, during which the paper is glued thermo sol. Theposition, length and quantity can be adjusted while in progress withoutstopping production. The shaped paper is discharged to a collector and is piledand counted automatically. The preset piling quantity of paper is carriedforward automatically when it is finished without stopping production. It usesraw materials of common paper, aluminum foil paper or dry wax paper notexceeding 100g/m2.

FeedingUnit
Continuously feeds paper blanks bytaking advantage of vacuum and friction. No downtime required when adding rawpaper materials.

Gluing Unit
A world famous hot meltsystem is used, featuring accurate gluing position, even and stable glueconsumption, fast speed and glue saving.

Forming Unit

The highly preciseforming mold ensures highly effective forming work. It is fast and stable witha long serving life. The cone tip formation is fine, there is trimming on thetop and the edge is neat. The maximum speed can reach 250Pcs/min. There aremultiple angles so the adjustment is flexible.

CountingUnit
Theautomatic counting device brings human-oriented operation. The counting devicewill not work when there is no raw paper. If continuous faults appear, thedevice will automatically stop to reduce loss and protect the machine. Thestacking quantity can be freely set and no downtime is required when the paperis taken out according to the set number.

Lubricating Unit
The automatic oil supplyand lubricating system is configured for high-speed components of the wholemachine to ensure the high-speed operation of the appliance.

Control Unit

PLC automatic controlsystem is used for the touch screen and a European brands control unit is alsoconfigured. It is simple, convenient, highly effective and stable.

ProductionSpeed
Thehighest production speed can be 250 pieces per minute.  The machine covers an area of 2.5M x 2.5M andweighs approximately 1.2 tons.
