1.The whole machine bed of the CNC verticalmachining center is cast by HT250-300 high strengthresin bonded sand with aging treatment, fixedcolumn support, cross slide carriage, the L typemovable work table, firm foundation and stable frame.
2. The X, Y and Z axis of the CNC vertical machining center are linear rolling guide,noise free, micro friction, sensitive dynamic response,stable accuracy, meeting therequirements of accuracy and production in enormous quantities.
3. The servo feed is a digital alternating current servo motor, high accuracyrolling screw transmission, pre-drawing frame by which the rigidity is strengthened, the thermal deformation isoffset.
4. Barrel type spindle unit, integral installation,convenient and swift for maintenance.
5. The spindle of the CNC vertical machining center is disposedwith location programmer with accurate pointing and rigid tapping function.
6. Stable and reliable ATC system, can be disposed with swash plate typetool magazine.
7. The CNC vertical machining center usesthe imported rolling screw and NSK, SKF and FAGspindle bearing and screw bearing.  It uses superiorcomponents to ensure the reliability of the machine.  The machine isdisposed with chip removal and coolant system and the protection system isdesigned with the Pro/E software.
