The CNC gantrymachining center with fixed beam and movable column has a total of fivecoordinate axes, including X1 axis, X2 axis, Y axis, Z axis and W2 axis.  The X axis, Y axis and Z axis can movesimultaneously.  The W1 and W2 axis aresynchronous axes, enabling automatic tool changing and automatic milling headchanging.  They are ideally usedfor the multi operation cutting, such as milling, drilling, reaming, boring andtapping of the big tank type work piece, and are used in the industries ofpetrochemicals, refrigeration, boiler, shipping building, military andaerospace for the five face machining.

StructuralFeatures
The X axis is equipped with a non backlash gear box, matching to the bigmodulus rack made in Germany,ensuring high transmit accuracy, super load capacity and endurance.  The CNC gantry machining center with fixedbeam and movable column has five facial automatic head changing mechanism,enabling the high efficiency head changing and high accuracy machining.  The moving beam is positioned with doublescale.  However, it is hydraulicallymulti point clamped with the columns, providing the optimum gantrystiffness.  A range of options, includingthe right angle head, universal head, extension head, angular milling head, areoffered to satisfy the unique requirements of the customers.
