RFMV105 CNC Vertical Machining Center
The RFMV105vertical machining center, using rollingguide ways, is one in a family of RIFA builtVMCs. The machine has a 7000 rpmspindle speed and 24m/min rapidtraverses. The X, Y, Z axis range is 1050mm × 600mm ×600mm. A 1250mm×600mm T slottedtable is included.
Features
1. The machinebase, column, head and cross slid carriage of the CNC vertical machining center are constructed fromhigh quality cast iron. The advanced machine constructure, widened andfixed column design provide added rigidity anddurability. Finiteelement analysis procedures are used toqualify the design.
2. Linearrolling guide ways are used for the X, Y and Z axismotions, providing increased acceleration and deceleration rates.
3. Servos couple directly to the high precision ballscrews of the CNCvertical machining center,eliminating gears and preventing backlash and servo drag.
4. The pre tensioned ball screws provide increased rigidity andthermal stability.
5. Thespindle is supported by six precision classpermanently lubricated bearings, which aretrue cartridge type units. A refrigerated spindle coolingsystem circulates oil around the spindle andbearings. Thismaintains constant temperatures across a range of ambient and operatingconditions.
6. Anencoder is mounted on the spindle of the CNC verticalmachining center, realizing rigid tapping as well as accurate positioning.
7. AFANUC 0i control system is standard. MITSUBISHI control system is optional.
