Hydraulic Press Brake

The hydraulic press brake consists of bracket, working table and clampingpiece. Its movement methods can be sorted into the slider movement and theworkstation movement. The workstation, which consists of base and linkingpiece, is placed on the bracket. Thebase links to the clamping piece by the hinge and is made of shell carrier,coil and cover plate. The coil is placed in the depression where the coverplate is at the bottom.

Working Principles
After charging the coil through the wire, with the pressure to the clampingpiece, hydraulic press brake can clamp the sheet between the clamping piece andthe base. As a result of the electric magnetic clamping, the products can meetvarious demands and even process the work piece on the side. Additionally, thehydraulic press brake can replace the mould of the press brake to satisfydifferent demands of the work piece.

1. This hydraulic press brake is designedwith steel welded structure, which can eliminate stress via vibrating and iswith high strength and rigidity.
2. Coming with hydraulic top-drive, this machine operates stable and reliable.
3. This hydraulic press brake adopts mechanical stopdog and twisted shaft to maintain synchronization, which can meet highprecision.
4. Distance between back gauge and upper ram stroke can be electricallycontrolled, numerical displayed and manual adjusted.
5. Additionally, the top die of the hydraulic press brake is equipped withdeflection compensation mechanism. This is used for the machine with weight ofabove 250tons and length of 4000mm.
6. It is also designed with travel limit protection,which can provide machine guarding with safety interlocker.
