200A, 15kV-35KV Insulated Protective Cap

The CEE 200A series insulatedprotectivecap,rated at 15kV, 25kV, 35kV, is an accessory device designed to electricallyinsulate and mechanically seal loadbreak bushinginterfaces. It can also protect the de-energized interface from dust and damp. The cap can be used forpermanent or temporary installation on bushings, junctions or feedthru devices. If there is a reserved interface in thejunctions or the bushings, the insulatedprotective cap must be used. This cap ismolded of high quality EPDM insulation. Whenmated to a loadbreak product and the drain wireis attached to ground, the insulating protective cap provides a fully shieldedinsulating cover for energized bushings.
