Cable Heated Emergency Shower & Eyewash

Heat traced emergency shower & eyewash is ideal for application in freezingly cold area, as it has built-in heat trace cable and insulation layer to prevent water in the pipe from freezing and avoiding unwanted irritancy to user’s eyes.

Safety eyewashes and showers for workshops such as chemical plants and electronics factories requires continuous flow of tepid water to rinse the affected area carefully. Such equipment should be able to support shower or washing for at least 15 minutes whenever emergency occurs. Researches and experiments have proved that, whether the water rushing out of the equipment is too hot or too cold, it will cause more injuries to user’s eyes or body. The best temperature for emergency rinsing is 15℃.
