Composite hose could be coiled flatly during positive pressure transportation. It consists of inner rubber layer, fiber reinforced layer and outer rubber layer. The composite hose developed by the company is processed by molding process, and is granted with proprietary intellectual property. The inner and outer rubber layers may use various materials depending on particular application requirements. When transport oil, the inner rubber layer shall adopt material with superior oil resistance. Although the outer rubber layer doesn’t contact oil, it shall possess good anti-UV or wear resistant property. Since the composite hose is made from superior anti-UV or wear resistant, application scope is extended, and the cost is reduced under certain circumstances.

1. Type (inside diameter): Ø100（4 inch）, Ø150（6 inch）are available, others are  customized according to user requirements.
2. Working pressure: 1.0Mpa
3. Bursting pressure: 3.0Mpa
4. Color: army green, black, sand yellow, and jacinth are standard colors of the product, other colors are available when required.
5. Length: limitless theoretically, particular length is available when requested.
