BNC-6001 PCBN Composite inserts

The BNC-6001 PCBN composite inserts contain 55-60% PCBN with a grain size of , 4μm-12μm. Each layer is sintered on the entire surface of the cemented carbide inserts.

REALY provide six types of round composite inserts: φ45*3.0 φ45*2.0 φ31*3.0 φ19*4.76 φ13.3*4.76 φ13.3*3.0, and is also capable of setting composite insert heads after cutting on standard cemented carbide insert bases according to customer needs.

This product is used for cutting and machining of tough materials such as quenching steel, bearing steel, and mold steel.
