The front, back and side positioning device can ensure highly precise die cutting of the paper. It is also equipped with high precision intermittent mechanism, flexible pneumatic clutch and pneumatic locking device. By using the programmable controller and human-computer interface, the machine speed, processing number and total running time can be displayed by the digit. Meanwhile, the display of the machine failure can also make the failure removal more convenient. The stepless speed regulating of the main motor is controlled by the frequency converter so that the running is stable. This die cutting and creasing machine is equipped with many sensors and safety devices to ensure normal running of the machine and personal security. The adjustment of the die cutting pressure is easy. And the front and back pressure can be adjusted independently. There is also optional die cutting mode without gripper edge.

The paper pressing and conveying is carried out by belt conveyor, so that it can satisfy the requirements for paper bending. It uses secondary positioning device to realize more precise die cutting.
