Single Face Corrugated Sheet Production Line


Introduce:
Basic single face corrugated sheet production line is mainly composed of mechanical shaftless mill roll stand or hydraulic shaftless mill roll stand, single facer and swinging blade machine.

As the requirements of speed and efficiency, MAYKWA could add or change auxiliary equipment on the basic single face corrugated sheet production line, such as re-heater, mill roll stands, overhead conveying bridge, computer thin-blade machine, computer helical cuter and high automatic stacker, even add different corrugated sheet types of single facer to achieve the rapid switch of double machine.

Requirements of single face corrugated sheet production line:
Production width: 1200mm-2500mm
Design speed: 100m/min, 120m/min, and 150m/min.
Noted: paper for production line speed testing should meet the following requirements: (equipment surface temperature is not lower than 172 ℃ )
Base paper grade: not lower than grade B
Base paper water content: 11%±2%
Top paper: 100-250g/m2
Core paper: 100-180g/m2
Corrugated pattern: A, C, B, E (or selected by customer)
Quantity of steam: 500Kg/Hr
Max pressure: 1.2Mpa
Commonly used pressure: 0.8-1.1Mpa
Power: 380V 50Hz/220V 60HZ/440 60HZ
Three-phase four-wire system
Floor area of equipment: 24m×10m×5m (The specific length is based on the foundation map)
Operation direction: right or left (according to customer plant)
Equipment applicability: grade A, B and C domestic or imported base paper.
Heating method: LPG
Gas consumption: 8.5 kg/h (based on standard configuration production line)

Steam heating system: recommend a set of 1000Kg/Hr steam boiler with 1.25Mpa.
Steam pipeline and connection work.

Ground plane installation engineering for water, electricity and gas.
Base paper, corn starch (potato), industrial caustic soda, borax and other materials for testing.
Machine oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, lubricating grease for equipment.
