Features:
The automatic die cutting and creasing machine (manual automatic feeder with stripping unit) adopts independent motion control unit of which the power is transmitted by servo motor and the motion is controlled by the control system. It can realize precise matching of paper feeding unit and main machine and independent motion. This machine has two motion states: manual and automatic. When the quality of the paper is quite good, you can choose automatic mode to bring the machine speed into full play; when the paper quality is not that good, the manual mode can be chosen. The two modes can be shifted freely. For the manual state, you can get enough area to carry out manual operation. The paper feeding unit of this machine is independent which can be connected with the die cutting machine from other companies.

Stripping part:
The stripping part is an optional device, any type of our die-cutting machine can add it freely. It can remove the waste on three edges and holes in the middle of the sheet after die-cutting.

The Large Torque Clutch:
The machine is equipped with a large torque and quick-response pneumatic clutch. It has the feature of accurate action when doing start, emergency stop, electric driving and inching. No need to maintenance every day for this clutch. Main Driver:
The main driver system adopts worm wheel, worm gear set and crankshaft structures, ensuring the machine running stably and precisely. The material of the worm wheel is special alloys of copper. The worm gear and crankshaft is chromed steel quenched with high strength, long service life, and withstanding more pressure.
Full Stripping Unit (Optional)
This device can cooperate with stripping unit to strip the total waste paper.
