Customizable high temperature box furnaces manufactured to meet your exact specifications

The high temperature box furnace uses heating elements made of an electrothermal alloy wire that is resistant to high temperatures and has an operating temperature of up to 1200℃. It is an ideal choice for industrial use for quenching and heating of general metal or alloy steel parts. If necessary, a shielding gas can be introduced to reduce part oxidation. The cantilever door keeps the heat away from the operator, ensuring furnace safety.

Features The RX3 series box-type resistance furnace casing is welded using angle steel and steel plates, with the furnace lining typically made of a 0.6g/cm3 micro-bead refractory brick that is ultra-light and energy-saving. Insulating materials such as aluminum silicate fiber and expanded vermiculite powder are used between the outer casing and the lining, ensuring the lining is an energy saving furnace liner. Made of electrothermal alloy wire resistant to high temperature, the heating element is installed on the left, right, and bottom of the furnace. The workpiece is heated on the bottom plate of the heat resistant steel furnace, while temperature rise of the furnace door is achieved using a handheld sprocket. Furnace temperature and over temperature protection are controlled using the temperature control cabinet. The stepping control and thyristor control for the control cabinet are optional and customizable upon request. Parameters
