The box type annealing furnace is a batch-type electric furnace mainly used for quenching, annealing and normalizing of general metal parts, high speed steel, powder metallurgy, stainless steel products, and more. If necessary, shielding gas can be introduced to reduce part oxidation. We will also design or customize the box type annealing furnace according to specific customer needs.

Features The box type annealing furnace casing is welded using an angled steel and steel plate, with a furnace lining made of 0.6g/cm3 micro-bead refractory brick that is ultra-light and energy-saving. Insulating materials such as aluminum silicate fiber and expanded vermiculite powder are used between the outer casing and the lining, ensuring it is an energy saving furnace lining. Made of an electrothermal alloy wire resistant to high temperature, the heating element is installed on the left, right, and bottom of the furnace. The furnace temperature and over temperature protection are controlled by the temperature control cabinet. The stepping control and thyristor control in the control cabinet are both optional and customizable upon request. Parameters
