Characteristics Adopting double-screwdriver-head double-platform structure, the screw driving robot can fasten two kinds of screws with different torque value. The screw driving robot realizes efficient detection of screw missing, screw slip teeth and floating lock. When screw with height displacement≥ 1.5mm is detected, the robot will automatically withdraw the screw and fasten it again. The screw driving robot has a function of showing the inaccurate screw fastening location. It has a function of counting the accurately and inaccurately fastened screw. The machine will count the screwdriver head and suction nozzle using time and remind you to replace them in time. Adopting universal fixture, the robot is suitable for fastening screws on different sizes of mobile phones. Automatically pick and tighten screws, greatly improve working efficiency.
