The JW-MIX3 automatic packing line with a 32 head combination weigher is composed of the working platform, 32 heads weigher, desiccant, and feeder support platform to finish product mixing. Each bucket weighs between 5 and 240g, and all buckets are controlled on the same control panel. The main ingredient will be automatically added to the final dose to make up for a tolerance caused by other mixing ingredients.

The packing line can be easily adjusted to a single product weighing mode, a mode with less than 7 mixing ingredients, or adjusting the accessory equipment into a mode with more than 7 mixing ingredients.
