Cast Fluorine Film Line (PVDF/ETFE)

This cast fluorine film line is configured with specially designed extruder and die to produce PVDF film through cast extrusion technology. The produced films can be used as solar cell backsheet, PVDF permeable film for water treatment, PVDF protective film for outdoor building and other special functional PVDF films.

Features
The extruder is made of special steel that is characterized by high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, ensuring the stable extrusion of fluoroplastic.
By cooperating with colleges and universities, our fluorine cast film line is given a reasonable structure of specially designed screw and die coupled with corresponding forming, winding and other special processes to accommodate the properties of fluorine material, therefore resulting in reasonable, industrialized and large-scale production of fluoroplastic film.
The entire cast film line has high-grade configurations, practical and reasonable design, PLC touch screen and interlocking control, making the operation more convenient and safe.
