New 56-layer Nano Stretch Film Line

This newly developed 56-layer nano stretch film line is used to produce nano stretch film by using multi-layered co-extrusion technology. The nano stretch film can be made from various materials including PE, PP, POE, etc., and it is a high strength and high toughness stretch film due to its 56-layer film structure and nano film thickness.

Features The nano stretch film made by this stretch film line has characteristics of higher tensile, higher viscosity and stronger toughness, can help reduce approximately 50% production cost. It is suitable for high speed packaging applications, with shortened packaging time and improved efficiency. The nano stretch film is also featured by high transparency and gloss, excellent resistance to puncture and tear, and outstanding performance at low temperature (minus 20 degrees). Resource waste can be significantly reduced because of that only a small amount of nano stretch film is needed for wrapping, thus greatly reducing the weight of packaged product while providing operator with considerable convenience.
