Silica Gel
Running offers a variety of silicon gels, including white silica gel, blue silica gel and yellow silica gel products for a large number of dehydration applications, such as fluid cracking catalyst, catalyst carrier, packaging desiccant, compressed air dryer and others. The silica gel’s color will change after absorbing water: blue silica gel and yellow silica gel turn pink and dark green respectively, when saturated.
Our silica gels are available in two types: bead or granular, depending on customer needs. If you are a desiccant retailer, we also offer customized packaging services.
Features
1. Silica gel does not react with chemicals, and it is tasteless, odorless, non-toxic, and non-corrosive.
2. Silica gel is highly porous and is capable of absorbing large amounts of water due to its large internal surface area.
3. Silica gel acts as a desiccant even when fully saturated with water.
