Hangsin's production factory occupies 3000m2, and it is here we carry out the production of gearmotor speed reducers, customized motor parts, machine assembly and performance tests.

We established a complete quality management system and strictly control the procurement of raw materials and accessories, production and processing, assembly and test. This has allowed us to provide reliable products for more than a decade.

Production procedure: The clerk checks the required motor specifications, model, quantity, delivery date, and packing requirements once the orders get to the company, and after confirmation with the customer, the order is then sent to the raw material warehouse, who sends parts and accessories to the processing workshop. The manager of the processing workshop arranges for assembly. Before assembly, we will check to determine all accessories and parts are complete, and in full accordance with the order request and quality standards. Assembly: Experience technicians complete the installation of the oil seal, bearing, gear, sealing ring, screw, and other components to make a complete speed reduction gear motor. Test: Test items include noise and current balance. If there is noise, we will put the motor on the loading machine and run a load trial. After the noise problem is solved and confirmed, we do the final appearance inspection, then package and ship the product. Processing:

The gearbox, electric casing and rear cover of motor are produced in house to meet customer requirements for power and size.

As a key part of the motor, the stator is manufactured independently by coil winding, coil lacing, coil inserting, stator coil forming and testing so we can get better control of its efficiency and performance.

Our accessory suppliers are Japanese or Taiwanese brand enterprises, so that we can guarantee product quality. We also check the suitability of the purchased accessories, ensuring high quality comes right from the source.

The rotor cooperates with the output shaft, the rotor is pressed by hydraulic oil press and balanced on dynamic balancing machine to ensure the smooth running of the motor.
