CVD Vertical Gearmotor Speed Reducer

Vertical gearmotor speed reducers connect the motor and speed reducer box through the use of a flange plate and have a shaft on both ends: one shaft is the input shaft, and the other, the output shaft.

Two shaft vertical gearmotor speed reducers are used for the installation of different transmission equipment through the two shafts. Users can freely adjust the installation method to achieve different transmission schemes. This series of speed reducers are particularly suitable for small spaces, tight transportation equipment layouts, and assembly line production equipment.

Features: The internal gear is precisely hobbed, with gear precision reaching 1-2 grades, reducing noise levels from engine operation. The gear is treated with high-frequency induction hardening, giving it the proper thickness and an excellent bearing capacity. This series of gearmotor speed reducers are compact in structure, with a minimum length of 175mm and a minimum height of 122mm, saving space and making them easy to install. The body is made of aluminum alloy die casting with an excellent heat dissipation, moisture resistance, waterproof and dustproof performance. Common size chart
