GR-LY-41B Copper Cartridge Anti-scald Thermostatic Mixing Shower Valve

Material
Copper cartridge anti-scald thermostatic mixing shower valve: Its shell is made of HPb59-1(grade A brass); the inner faucet tank is made of PPA+60%GF.
Faucet handwheel: This part is made of ABS, being fully electroplated which can prevent from oxidation and corrosion.
Dual control valve: The surface is treated by chroming, passing the 24h acid salt spray test.
Thermostatic cartridge: Its material is copper, thus can effectively restrain the growth of bacteria.
The hand-held shower (single-sided plated) made of ABS is available.
The stainless steel shower sliding bar of φ19*700 is also available.

Anti-scald theory
Anti-scald inner tank design

It separates the metal surface from the hot water when the hot water flows into thermostatic valve, coupled with 360° surrounded cold water, to ensure the temperature on the surface always being less than the mixing water temperature. The dual protection is able to protect the users from being scald.

Cooper coated plastic anti-scald structure
The faucets are made of two materials: the outer layer is of copper and the inner is of plastic. This structure is of heat insulation effect because both the copper and plastic have interval or gaps making hot water not directly exposed to the metal surface.
