DXD-80L Fasteners Counting Packaging Machine

DXD-80L fasteners counting packaging machine is a set of automatic packaging machine suitable for hardware products such as screw, nut, rivet and so on. The packaging is designed for less than 50 numbers hardware products per bag and max packaging speed is 70bags/min. Besides, our machine is equipped with vibrating disk to count numbers ensuring the same number of each bag. The bag size and packaging numbers can be customized by customers.

1. The fastener counting packaging machine can automatically complete the procedure of fasteners conveying, counting, filling, bag-making, date printing, heat sealing and cutting and so on.

2. Stepper motor driving system is adopted in the packaging machine.

3. To ensure the same length of each bag, high sensitive electro-optical sensor system is provided to realize automatic alignment on the packing films.

4. The packaging machine is equipped with a computer control system.

5. We have installed constant temperature heating system ensuring stable temperature and keep temperature error is ±1ºC.
