How does it work
Different sizes of sand allow for different particle proportion and contribute to diversified sedimentation velocity of the sand particles in the water. Basing on this principle, when the screw sand washing machine works, the fine ore particles will float on the water and be washed away, the coarse particles will sink to the tank bottom. The spiral will rotate slowly driven by the triangle zone, the reducer and the gear reducer under the power of the motor. The sand will be fed into the water tank and rub against each other along with the movement of the spiral. During this process, the dirt and water vapor adhered on the particles will be basically removed. Simultaneously, the spiral sand washer will release water to create a strong water flow and take away the dirt or particles with small proportion. The cleaning process is finished when the spiral moves to drain the water away.
