Conveyor Covers

Conveyor cover can also be referred to as conveyor belt cover, conveyor hood or rain protection cover. Due to its excellent rainproof, dustproof and windproof properties, the conveyor belt cover plays an essential role in protecting the belt and bulk materials from climatic conditions such as rain or wind, and limiting the dispersion of dust and powders therefore keeping the working environment free from dust contamination. Conveyor belt covers are suitable for use in power plants, cement plants, steel plants, chemical plants, coal mines, ports, mining enterprises, among other places.

Features Simple structure: curved cover section, weather-tight seal and support bracket Robust construction: cold-rolled steel sheet or galvanized steel sheet with surface pre-treatment, subjected to roller coating or PVC film lamination process, and then baking, curing and cooling for final formation of curved conveyor cover Good sealing effect: curved cover section is attached to the topside of the weather-tight seal and connected to the bottom support bracket High stability: specially treated steel sheets have stable properties, delivering long service life and corrosion protection against rain and dust Superior look: the streamline design of the conveyor cover enables rainwater to be easily discharged while preventing the belt from moving off its original position due to strong winds Specifications
