Air Cooled Radiator

This series of air cooled radiator is specially designed for use in the ZOOMLION hydraulic oil system where it is used to cool the hydraulic oil and control the oil temperature within allowable range in order to ensure the whole system operates in optimal condition.

The space-challenging layout design of Zoomlion hydraulic system requires a compact but highly-efficient radiator. Before coming to us, Zoomlion has searched in vain a number of well-known Chinese radiator manufacturers.

Learning of this tricky situation, YUXIN quickly gathers together the whole technical team and gets them to work on the development of a suitable hydraulic oil radiator. Through computer simulation, we have come up with the plate-fin design for the radiator core and use quality fins for high heat radiator efficiency.

In addition, the SPAL fan, which is imported from Italy, is added to the radiator core to form a complete air cooled radiator. The opening of the fan is covered by the fan grille to prevent the ingress of any foreign matters thereby increasing safety.

This air cooled radiator, after being fitted into the Zoomlion construction machinery, proves a total success. Ever since then, YUXIN has supplied 1000 such radiators on an annual basis, which translates into an annual profit of 4 million RMB.
