1. The polycrystalline silicon material usually produces powder during the cutting process. When passing through a scrubber, it also generates a large amount of wastewater. By utilizing a chemical dosing system, the wastewater is precipitated to realize the preliminary separation of sludge and water.


2. The sludge produced features high water-absorbing capability and low specific gravity, thus being hardly treated. In view of this sludge characteristic, our company adopts the filter cloth of high capture rate, coordinated with the reasonable roller arrangement. Then, the flocculated sludge will pass through the low-pressure, medium-pressure, and high-pressure pressing regions, for realizing the sludge dehydration process.
