Classifications and Application of Non-Locking Gas Spring
Based on its purpose, the non-locking gas strut is classified into the compression gas spring and the traction gas spring.

2. Unlike the former, the traction gas spring retract rather than extend during operation. It is chiefly applied to doors and windows as well as fitness equipment.

Construction and Working Principle
Boxi non-locking gas spring is extremely stable in structure. When using, piston rod of this non-lockable gas spring is installed downward. While the piston rod is being pressed into the steel cylinder, oil automatically flows from the steel cylinder into the cylinder cavity with rod. Under the function of differential pressure between two piston ends, piston rod will be forced out. Oil inside the cylinder cavity has such functions as cushioning and lubrication.
