Feature
1. Our 6-lane tissue making machine is able to make tissues with different widths, and this is realized with the help of helix cutter.
2. The facial tissues are folded as a result of vacuum absorption, and pneumatic paper feeding mechanism greatly alleviates the workload of operators.
3. Owing to the implementation of independent servo control and tension control, our single color tissue machine runs smoothly all the time, and it will stop automatically when there is no paper to remind operators to change paper reels.
4. The facial tissue machine counts the number of paper automatically, and it outputs paper tissues at all lanes at the same time. Moreover, the embossing unit creates clear patterns on tissues to deliver an aesthetic feeling, and the pattern is customizable.
