3021 phenolic paper sheet is made by applying heat and pressure to phenolic resin impregnated insulating paper. This kind of industrial laminate is designed for insulating components for electric motor and electronic appliances requiring higher mechanical strength, as well as application for insulating oil.
Technological requirement
This phenolic paper sheet is supposed to have smooth surface and be free from bubble, corrugate, crack and separation. Moreover, other defects should also be avoided such as scratch, impression, stain and uneven color. However, a small of amount of color mottle is permitted to the solid sheet.
Strength
1. Excellent dielectric properties
2. Great machinability and easy to process
3. Superior resistance to acid, chemical solvents and insulating oil
Application
1. Electric generator
2. Switch cabinet
3. All kinds of carbon-film potentiometer
4. Fixture for testing device
Color
Phenolic paper sheet comes in brown.
Dimension
3021 phenolic paper sheet | |
Thickness (mm) | Width × length (mm) |
1 to 50 | 1020 × 2020 |
1 to 50 | 980 × 1980 |
Note
1. Other choices of sizes, colors and grades are customizable.
2. Length, width, thickness and diameter tolerance are slightly different due to inevitable error occurred in production process.
