The KYN26-7.2(J.R) withdrawable switchgear is a piece of equipment combining a high-voltage current-limiting fuse and a vacuum contactor. Suitable for systems with the rated voltage of 3.6 to 7.2 kV, it is used to control motor, protect transformer, as well as open and close capacitor.

With the advantages of convenient control, reasonable protection features, and remarkable economic benefits, this withdrawable switchgear is generally used in the control circuit of motor with the rated power below 1,200 kW and transformer with the capacity below 1,600 kVA.

In the J-R loop (contactor - fuse loop), the contactor assumes all control and partial protection responsibilities, which fully utilizes the contactor's advantage of long service life. The short circuit protection is undertaken by the high-voltage current-limiting fuse which limits the magnitude and duration of short circuit current, thus enabling the cable with small section to be used and reducing the project cost. The withdrawable switchgear with J-R loop is particularly suitable for power systems with large system capacity and lots of small-capacity loads, such as the power system of power plant, petrochemical enterprises, etc.

This withdrawable switchgear is used indoors and is not installed against a wall. It can be used in conjunction with our company's KYN18A-12 switch cabinet and no transitional cabinet is needed. They can be arranged in a mixed manner. When used together with the German Siemens's 8BK20 or other switch cabinets, the main busbar can be specially designed to realize connection without transitional cabinet.
