HTNJ Series Safety Valve with Jacket
Designed and produced according to the volume Ⅷ of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, the HTNJ series safety valve adopts a fully enclosed type jacket structure and steam flushing function can be added, ensuring good heat preservation.

This product is widely used in equipment handling media that are easy to crystallize and need insulation, such as polyester, vinyl, urea, etc.

Features
1. The valve body, including the inlet and outlet flanges, is insulated, so the insulation effect is good. If necessary, a steam flushing function can be added.
2. The bellows type structure enables the set pressure of the valve to be free from the influence of fluctuating backpressure. It also protects the spring and other components inside the bonnet from media corrosion.
3. The valve flap and seat are generally made of austenitic stainless steel and welded with satellite alloy. If necessary, 316L, 0Cr25Ni6Mo3CuN (255alloy), 00Cr25Ni6Mo2N (SUS329J1) and other materials can be used, and the bellows can be made of Ti.
