Homogenizer

Our GJJ series high-pressure homogenizer is a general-purpose machine. In use of it, the liquid material can be homogenized to form high-pressure spray. The reciprocating action of the pump allows the high-pressure liquid material to be fully mixed and refined.

Technical Support

1. Low Noise
By adoption of our homogenizer, the transmission noise is lower than the motor noise. The pressure gauge has steady pointer, and the range of swing of the pointer is within 2MPa.
2. Superior Components
The sealing material is allowed to work when the temperature is below 150°C. The parts in touch with the material are constructed from the acid and alkali resistant stainless steel. All valves and plungers are specially manufactured, thus featuring high durability and low price. The bearing bush is made from special alloy material, so it can be ultra firm, wear resistant, and long-lasting.
3. Reliable Lubrication
The pump of our homogenizer features reliable lubrication. The oil is required to be changed for the first time, after the pump works for 800 to 1,000 hours. Then, the oil should be changed once a year.

Transmission

This series pump is vertically mounted. The crankshaft is rotated with the help of the motor, belt pulley, the gear shaft of transmission case, and the large gear wheel. Then, the plunger is moved in a reciprocating motion. All gears and gear shafts are wear-resistant. Other striking advantages include low noise, compact structure, as well as pretty stable transmission.

Working Principles

Under high pressure, the liquid suspension will fast pass through a homogenizing valve whose gap is adjustable. The large grains will be shattered into smaller ones through such integrated effects as high-speed impact, shear, explosive decompression, and some others. The diameter of the final particles ranges from 0.1um to 2um, and the average size is no more than 1µm.
