The paperboard gluing machine can achieve excellent stability and can be controlled easily. Due to lifting of pressure rollers are controlled by steam, the paperboard gluing machine becomes more convenient to adjust. Besides, it can realize digital display, which is adjusted by PLC manual glue regulating system and automatic regulator. More than that, the gluing machine is easy to clean and hard to be rusted thanks to stainless pedestal.

The paperboard gluing machine is responsible for combining single corrugated board into three layers or more than three layers paperboard. It is structured by pre-heater, glue rollers, floating rollers, pressure rollers, paper guide rollers, glue pedestal, etc.
Glue rollers are core devices of the paperboard gluing machine
The glue rollers ensure quality of gluing, which are core devices of the paperboard gluing machine. They are made up of seamless tubes, so they can be used durably. Moreover, because of glue rollers' special mesh groove surface, different speed of glue rollers and pressure rollers, and adoption of frequency conversion motors to drive glue rollers, the paperboard gluing machine can work uniformly, rapidly, stably, and frugally. Meanwhile, the glue rollers can idle to avoid glue from drying out in any time.

Parameters of the paperboard gluing machine
1. The maximum speed of the machine is 100m/min and 200m/min.
2. The diameter of glue roller is 260mm or 280mm (width>1800mm). The diameter of doctor roller is 138mm or 148mm (width>1800mm). The diameter of pre-heater is 460mm.
3. The gross power of the machine is 4.2kw or 5.7kw (width>1800mm).

Note: The working air pressure of floating pressure rollers should be less than 0.5mpa for good bonding quality. The gap between glue rollers and scraping glue rollers should be 0.25-0.4mm for good parallelism.
