The automatic slotting carton corner cutting machine can finish feeding, edge slitting, scoring, slitting and corner cutting at one time. It has back kick feeding system with wind suction for good performance. Moreover, the feeding system can be controlled manually, and it can feed bended paperboard. An additional hand holding hole cutting device can be provided if it is necessary. In addition, the upper slotting knife has a planetary gear structure and is 360° adjustable with motorized modulation. And, it has an optional digital display.

The corner cutting machine has a circulation lubrication system features noiseless and long life. The four united blades can be adjusted manually and work synchronously for the carton height. And, there are four wheels function simultaneously to adjust the scorer and slotter with accurate positioning and friendly operation. Meanwhile, the corner cutting machine has rubber coated feeding rollers to protect paperboard. More than that, it has a digital counter to note single-run production process conveniently. Customers can choose processes of feeding, prepressing, pressing line, groove cutting and corner cutting by one step according to situation of cardboard.
