Our SF-150/180/200/250 vacuum suction fingerless single facer is a fast changeover facer equipped with a vacuum suction system which provides perfect flute shape.
The drive deceleration box of this carton making equipment adopts oiliness lubrication.
Vacuum equipment is used for cardboard transmitting to keep stable flute profiles when the lower-roller is in the condition of running up.
The whole vacuum suction fingerless single facer employs electromagnetic stepless governor and the corrugating roller bearing uses high-temperature resistant lube.
The gelatinizing parts supply glue circularly and automatically.
The upper-lower corrugating rollers are made of high quality 48CrMo chrome nickel alloy steel with heat-treatment. The rollers’ rigidity is HRC58-60 and the roller surface is whetted and chrome plated.
Diameters of upper-corrugating rollers of the four models of vacuum suction fingerless single facers are respectively ￠320mm, ￠360mm, ￠380mm and ￠405mm.
Surface of upper-gelatinizing roller is treated by special mesh snick and is chrome plated.
The design speeds of the four models of paper board processing machines are respectively 150m/min, 180m/min, 200m/min and 250m/min.
Modularization design makes the corrugating roller assembly easy to replace.
The steel board in thickness of 200/240mm employs independent transmission unit with gimbal. The pressure roller diameter for each model is 324mm and 364mm.
The gluing roller whose diameter is 242mm can be moved as a whole, which makes it easy to change.
The glue width is controlled automatically and the glue thickness can be displayed in digits.
Main motor of vacuum suction fingerless single facer is configured with an inverter.
