Our INM series fixed displacement hydraulic motor is developed based on Italian technology and adopts the design that can increase the strength of the motor casing and load capacity of internal dynamic components. This radial piston motor can replace the GM series hydraulic motor provided by Italy SAI Company, and comes with the displacement ranging from 59cc/rev up to 4298 cc/rev.

The INM fixed displacement hydraulic motor achieves better performance in comparison with other radial piston motors. For example, it has a good volumetric efficiency of higher than 0.99 and an excellent mechanical efficiency of higher than 0.92. In addition, this hydraulic motor with a wide speed range of 1-1000 rpm can run well in either pump or freewheeling condition. Moreover, it also features long service life and stable operation in extremely unfavorable environment with the temperature varying from -50℃ to 70℃.

Hence, this fixed displacement hydraulic motor has been widely applied in the plastic injection machine, hoisting winch and capstan, slewing drive, ship and deck machinery, construction machinery and equipment, hoist and transport vehicle, heavy metallurgical machinery, petroleum and mine machine, light industry equipment, lathe, light industry equipment, drilling machine, etc.

For example, INM2-400BD40 represents that the motor is the INM hydraulic motor with the series code of 2. The nominal displacement is 400ml/rev, the output shaft is flat key shaft, the distributor model is D40, and the motor comes with no tachometer. INM1 INM series Fixed Displacement High Torque Radial Piston Hydraulic Motor
Since no hydraulic force will be acted in the lateral surface of INM1 motor, piston bottom will always be in static balance. So an anti-friction bearing will be introduced between piston and shaft to transfer torque, which helps to reduce the friction loss. Thus, a quite high mechanical efficiency and excellent starting torque have been achieved.

INM2 hydraulic motor has simple but reliable valve plates, which enjoy excellent sealing and small leakage. Meanwhile, plastic piston ring is installed between piston and tilt cylinder, which effectively prevents the leakage and ensures a high volumetric efficiency.

Patented shaft sleeves, made of composite materials, are installed between tilt cylinder’s trunnion and its head, as well as between different cylinder bores of our INM3 hydraulic motor. Thus, friction loss is largely reduced, sealing and pollution resistance are well improved. So reliable operation during low speed operation, high mechanical efficiency and stable working could be ensured.

With retaining ring installed on our INM4 hydraulic motor for the fastening of piston and shaft sleeve, no clearance exists. So, it could serve as a pump to work, or work in overdriving condition even when oil inlet is closed.
