The tray washer is a kind of tunnel industrial washing machine, which ismainly used for disinfection of the associated incubation equipment, theincubation plate, the hatching tray and the container. It is composed of waterpump device, sprinkler, shelf drive device, tank and the control system.

The equipment uses three levelsof water recycling technology, which can save up to 70% of rinse water forsecond time use. The tray washer cleans the trays efficiently while at the sametime conserves a lot of manpower energy, so it is especially popular amonglarge or medium sized hatcheries and incubation workshops of bio-pharmaceuticalfactories.

Characteristics
1. Pre-wash, the cleaning part andthe rinse are the major steps of the whole procedure. And it can also bedetermined by the customers according to their needs.

2. The machine is made of stainless steel with high quality stainless waterpump so that the cleaning pressure can reach to 3～10kg/cm2. Besides, the imported nozzle unit is easy to remove for cleaning inorder to adjust the nozzle direction.

3.The conveyor speed iscontrolled by an inverter to meet different washing requirements. Both thepre-wash and the cleaning part have filter systems, and the filter tank is easyto remove for cleaning.

4. The machine is operated by two workers, so it is water saving with the waterconsumption 0.5 tons/hour.

5. On both sides of the tunnel, a wide detachable observation window is set upfor easy maintenance and repair of the machine.
