The dynamic compaction equipment is an upgraded machine based on our crawler crane. Through exchanging the working unit, it can be used as either dynamic compactor or a hydraulic crane.

CHUY500 is our professional tamping equipment that integrate our manufacturing experience in dynamic compaction equipment and the marketing demand. It is a new generation of construction equipment in the filed of earthwork.

Produced according to market demand, the dynamic compaction equipment has the following features
1. Cummins QLS-9 engine and Rexroth hydraulic system are utilized to enhance reliability.

2. Domestic advanced moment limiter is utilized. Other security devices such as the height limiter, rotary locking device for turntable, tilting prevention device for boom, etc. are also available.

3. Convenient operation: the dynamic compaction equipment supports freely conversion between the dynamic compaction and lifting functions.

4. The full hydraulic drive system is competent in driving the 80t crane chassis and turntable.

5. The boom gantry is welded from imported high strength steel and comes in truss structure. The stretchable structure design at the front end of the boom enables the dynamic compaction equipment to complete dynamic compaction tasks.

6. The mobile crane is installed with counterweight shock absorber, which increases stability and reduces vibration.

7. With telescopic crawler design, the hydraulic crane offers the biggest transportation width of only 3.48m.
