The operation steps of pile breaker
1. According to the pile diameter, and related reference parameters, the operator can decide the number of modules, and directly connect our machine to work platform via the changing joint easily.
2. Place the pile breaker onto the head section of target pile.
3. Adjust the pile crusher to the suitable height, and clamp exactly the point to be cut. Please refer to the construction parameter list when you use the machine for the first time, or there will be risk of chain breakage.
4. Adjust the pressure of hydro-cylinder in accordance to the intensity of concrete. Don't stop pressing until the target concrete pile breaks under the high pressure.
5. After the pile is cut, elevate the cut part directly by the hoisting power of terrace.
6. Move the cut pile to the appoint position.
