1. High strength: the high precision spiral bevel gear uses Ni Cr alloy steel SCM415 and the hardness gets to HRC60.
2. High efficiency: the speed reducer is a combination of high efficiency planetary mechanism and precision spiral bevel gears.
3. High rigidity: this gear box has excellent rigidity structure, and adopts double cone bearing to support, which is especially suitable for the occasions where the output load varies greatly.
4. Diversification: the types of output shafts are various, there are single solid output shaft, double solid output shaft, hollow shaft with keyway, hollow rotating flange, hollow shaft with forced tight ring, screw linear type, spiral tooth linear type.
5. Reduction ratio: the reduction ratio is 1:3~1:10 for single stage, the reduction ratio is 1:12~1:100 for double stage.
6. Small size and save space: the frame size is 55MM~220MM.
7. Easy to install: 5 directions all can be installed.
8. Output torque: 15Nm-1600Nm, spiral bevel gear module is M1.0~M6.0
