The heat treatment of the structure, the rigidity optimization verification of entire machine, and the application of hydraulic crowning mechanism all jointly guarantee bending precision. The parameters and core configuration are both optimized for maximum performance and easy operation. The MB8 standard 2-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis backgauge system and corresponding dies are available for the bending of complicated shaped workpieces. Press brake uses closed-loop electro-hydraulic servo control technology. When slider position signals are feedback to CNC system by bilateral gratings, the CNC system adjusts the amount of fuel tank by changing the synchronous valve opening size, hereby controlling the slider (Y1,Y2) for running with the same frequency and maintaining the parallel state of the worktable. As for processing different sheet metals, CNC system can automatically control the hydraulic crowning system for dynamic compensation of the deflection during bending process. Adopted hydraulic deflection crowning gives access to uniform lengths of workpieces. Hydraulic deflection crowning mechanism consists of a set of oil cylinders, which can make the table is in relative movement and form an ideal convex curve, ensuring that the relative position relationship with slider maintains unchanged. Compensation values are subject to sheet metal thickness and properties of materials to be cut.
